Cooking Instructions

  • • Gently separate the product in bag (do not pierce the bag).

    • Place the resealed bag in the microwave with instruction-side facing up.

    • Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Bag will expand as steam builds and contracts as steam escapes during the cooking process.

    • Let stand 1-2 minutes to allow hot steam to escape bag.

    • Carefully handle bag at sealed ends of corners. Without turning package over, remove from the microwave. Hold bag over serving dish, carefully cut open, and pour into serving dish.

    CAUTION: Contents are very hot. Always keep bag instruction-side up to prevent excessive moisture from leaking from steam vents.

  • • Preheat oven to 375ºF.

    • Place plantains in a single layer on a pre-greased baking sheet.

    • Bake for 12-15 minutes or cook until heated through.

  • • Preheat air fryer to 390ºF.

    • Lightly spray plantains with cooking oil.

    • Arrange plantains in a single layer in air fryer basket.

    • Cook plantains for 10-12 minutes flipping over halfway through.
